Lisa Olivia Munn is a born and raised in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid is of Chinese descent and lived within Vietnam. Her father Winston Barrett Munn is from an American family that has long-standing roots in the American South. Olivia was just two years old when her parents divorced. Her family consisted of both her mother and stepfather who was a United States Air Force member. Olivia was raised mostly within Tokyo within Japan. Although her family was relocated from Oklahoma and to numerous other areas but it was the city of Tokyo which she completed the majority of her education. The actress was a part of local theatre productions during this period and was a models for the Japanese business. Olivia moved from Japan to Los Angeles when her family eventually came back to her home in the United States to follow her aspirations of becoming an actress. Olivia's professional career started to take off after just a couple of minor parts. She landed the part of Mily in Hawaii-lensed television series Beyond the Break (2005) and also the receptionist part for Rob Schneider in Big Stan (2006). She is the host of "The Daily Nut", "Formula D" and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. After the television series Beyond the Break, she is still surfing. She also has the black belt in taekwondo. At the age of 2000, when she turned two years older, her mother was married again. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan where her stepfather served. She completed her journalism studies in the University of Oklahoma and also minored Japanese drama, dramatic arts, and acting.
