Annmarie has a proven Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience working across various industries with leaders and teams in order to enhance performance of their businesses, specifically when there is growth or rapid transformation by focusing on creating, aligning and implementing a global human resources strategy. She was a key thought leader in translating enterprise-wide strategies and plans into business strategies and employees' engagement. Awed by management, she believes that the development of teams and their learning crucial to maintaining the competitive edge. With her experiences working for Fortune 500 and smaller companies, she has developed and trained individuals who have achieved the results and success. Her efforts helped develop cultures that promote learning innovation and beneficial change for people as well as teams.
