It was the same as when she left off in previous shows, which included the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several years after her debut, setting new targets for herself every year. As of the year 2009's end she had won more than four fitness titles. This included the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Once she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel was able to take a break of six years from competition to complete her degree at college. Then she returned in October 2015 with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. She placed 3rd at the show. In the summer of 2016 she took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and thus qualified for the Fitness Olympia. She stepped on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th position for the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to have finished 6th in the Fitness Division, despite not having any expectations. When you consider she had to fight against top athletes. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel's top body part to exercise is the back. She usually does bent-over rows as well as single arm pull-downs (on the machine) along with pull-ups and sitting-rows. Ariel warms herself before going on to her working sets. Ariel is also very efficient when it comes to time management. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings in all the back exercises she does. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
